Aranco is a Spanish company with more than 25 years of experience in industrial packaging. It specialises in services related to packaging machines, stretch films, and digital tools. Thanks to its team and its commitment to service and innovation, it was the first company to develop an innovative approach to packaging services with no investment or fees.

Initial situation


Providing services is a constant process of transformation and adaptation. And the main transformation has been — as they have always argued — to give value to data.


Thanks to their service of providing packaging machines free of charge, they realised that delivering data such as stretch film consumption, for example, was linked to the production and profitability of their clients’ logistics processes. They therefore needed a tool capable, first of all, of connecting to the machines as well as the ERP (Navision), and then bringing a useful, value-adding approach to that data.


They had already tried before, with the same company that had built programming focused on the machine itself and its parameters, but the idea did not work as expected. They needed a fresh, external perspective, and a web experience oriented towards the end customer. That is when they were recommended to work with us.

If we add to this the need to create interactions and integrations between the different tools already in use and those that are about to arrive — before, during, and after — we find ourselves facing a scenario that requires agility.

Our own methodology, based on SCRUM with KANBAN visualisation and organisation, allows us to involve the client in decisions and priorities by integrating them into the development team — creating the superpower of anticipating problems that may arise during project development.

Since 2018, we have been working on different projects. Building on the success of their “CLIENT PORTAL”, we have contributed to many initiatives. To date, we have become their main software provider and a key driver of their digital transformation. Always with responsibility and commitment, we want to continue to be proud of our work.


CLIENT PORTAL

CLIENT PORTAL

Extranet-type portal designed for communication between the end customer and Aranco. The customer can view all information related to their relationship with Aranco (direct communication, support, orders, delivery notes, invoices), as well as consumption analysis data and economic and production data. The CLIENT PORTAL is a constantly growing portal with an annual investment plan for enhancements, always focused on improving features to enhance the customer experience.

SALES PORTAL

SALES PORTAL

CRM-type portal designed to improve customer relationship management. The different sales teams can manage their opportunities there, called “ABC corridors” commercially, as the main workflow model.


The SALES PORTAL includes tools for document access, analysis and key performance indicators, contact and task management, etc., making it the main tool for the sales team and optimising customer management for the administrator.

ARSIP

ARSIP

ArSIP is the tool for managing configuration and communications with Aranco’s wrapping machines. Designed for the after-sales service and manufacturing departments, it was developed on an innovative programming core that enables full independence in creating data collection and configuration forms.

FRONT NEBULLA

FRONT NEBULLA

The visualisation project for the Front part of Nebula enables the display of all reports generated in Aranco’s BI, Digital, and Analytics tools. It is a tool that brings together and allows configuration of the views of the main reports created from these BI tools.

INTEGRATION COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

For all the portals and tools developed for Aranco, we built integrations with other company tools, such as the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP, BI tools such as Power BI, our own APIs for data intercommunication, and third-party data, to provide agile, dynamic, and living environments. In this way, we ensure that each tool developed has the capacity to be independent and evolve, while remaining the most useful platform for the department.
